Middle Product Designer

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Product Designer to join our growing team.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to take features from initial sketches to polished, high-fidelity handoffs.
  • Translate business requirements and technical constraints into intuitive user experiences that simplify the complexities of verification.
  • Deliver high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and user flows. You’ll refine these artifacts through iterative feedback during agile sprints.
  • Use qualitative feedback and data to understand user pain points, ensuring our customers’ voices are heard during every design phase.
  • Work daily with our established design system, contributing to its growth and ensuring consistency across our web and mobile platforms.

About You

  • 3+ years as a Product or UI/UX Designer, ideally within SaaS or fast-growing startups. (Experience in Fintech or Regtech is a major plus!)
  • A strong showcase of shipped work that demonstrates your ability to solve real-world problems through clean interaction design.
  • Strong English skills (written and spoken). You are comfortable explaining the 'why' behind your design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Figma and a solid understanding of how designs translate to code. You should be comfortable working with (and improving) design systems.
  • You have a meticulous eye for detail, a proactive attitude, and a genuine desire to learn from a senior team.
