Skills & Experience

• Excellent understanding of the National Curriculum and Assessment Framework for KS3-5
• Qualified Teacher Status and a degree or similar qualifications
• Experience in leading effective systems for student data tracking, target setting and progress monitoring
• Proven ability to identify underperformance and coordinate timely intervention strategies
• Experience working collaboratively with pastoral leads to implement mentoring approaches
• Ability to analyse student performance data to inform strategic decisions
• Strong capacity to coach colleagues in using data effectively
• Ability to build effective pastoral-academic links
