About You

To be considered for this position you must have:

  • Experience in an administrative or reception-based role, with confident use of Microsoft Office and ideally systems such as BROMCOM.
  • A highly organised and proactive approach, with the ability to manage your workload, meet deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a warm, professional manner.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively, using initiative while following processes and maintaining high standards.
  • A clear understanding of confidentiality, safeguarding, and data protection within an education setting.
  • Adaptable, reliable, and positive in your approach, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
