Job Summary
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a charity providing specialist mental healthcare services. We are developing our team and have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Occupational Health Advisor to join our In House Occupational Health and Wellness team.
Location: Northampton - On Site with occasional travel to our hospital in Essex
Salary range: £37,000 - £50,000 pro rata dependent on experience
Part Time 0.6 WTE / 22.5 hours per week / Flexible Working Will Be Considered
Main Duties
- Case management and autonomous practice
- Vaccination programmes
- Staff health promotion and wellness initiatives
- Multi-disciplinary teamwork with HR, Health & Safety, and Occupational Health Physician
About You
A confident, competent, highly motivated individual with ability to engage others. Experience in occupational health, case management, vaccination programmes, and excellent communication skills.
