Junior Alliance Manager

The team you'll be working with

We are looking for a Junior Alliance Manager to join our growing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Partner & Alliances team in the UK.

What you'll be doing

You will be responsible for establishing and nurturing productive relationships with various stakeholders, including sales support and service lines. You will collaborate with these teams to craft tailored solutions that address your clients' specific business needs. This involves engaging with key personnel within assigned customer accounts and extending your network by fostering connections with decision makers and influencers, both at CXO levels and below. Through these relationships, you will emphasize the value our services bring to the table, irrespective of immediate sales prospects. You’ll take charge of managing the commercial and contractual aspects of client relationships, skilfully negotiating to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Client Partner plays pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our business.

What experience you'll bring

  • Proven experience of managing large partnerships or a portfolio, working for an established consulting company or systems integrator.
  • Deep understanding of a broad range of technology, with experience discussing digital transformations or managed services opportunities.
  • Working with accounts that are 5m+ and a record of achievement in identifying areas for footprint expansion or new potential relationships.
  • Strong commercial acumen and effective communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of strategic business objectives, drivers and complex organisation designs.
  • Advanced stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict management skills.
  • Detailed knowledge of strategic business objectives and drivers and complex organisational designs and structures, and how this relates to the portfolio being managed.
