Security Architect

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Security Architect in London. This role involves designing and implementing security architecture for client IT systems.

What you'll be doing:

  • Contribute to design, implementation and ongoing development of security architecture
  • Identify vulnerabilities, perform threat modelling, risk assessment
  • Verify alignment to 'Secure by Design' principles and security frameworks
  • Contribute to secure conceptual, logical and high level designs
  • Contribute to design documentation, options papers, risk assessments
  • Mentor junior team members

What experience you'll bring:

  • Awareness of NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, NCSC CAF
  • Good knowledge of networking (switching, routing, firewalls)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and/or Microsoft Azure)
  • Understanding of modern security concepts and attack vectors
  • Experience with security testing and vulnerability management
  • Experience with ISO 27001, 27002, 27017, 27108

It would be great if you had:

  • Minimum 5 years in Cyber Security
  • Any of CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CRISC certifications
  • Knowledge in areas like AD, Cryptography, IAM, PKI, SIEM, SOAR, VMware

Security Clearance

Must hold or be able to gain UK SC level Security Clearance. Only British Nationals.
