Receptionist
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Receptionist to work 5 hours per week, term time only, Monday to Friday 4.00-5.00 pm. The post is paid on Salary Scale H3, £29,436 per annum which is £3,497 per annum pro rata. Required for an immediate start.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organised person to support any role in Student Services, the Main Office or Faculty Administrative support, dependent on the school needs. This role is ideal for a highly organised and adaptable individual who can confidently support a diverse range of administrative functions within the Main Office. The successful candidate will be proactive and possess meticulous attention to detail, demonstrating the ability to manage varied responsibilities including communication, reception duties, and other office duties. As a strong team player, the individual will be expected to rapidly acquire new systems, provide essential cover for one hour a day. This role will contribute to the efficient day-to-day operation of the school, thereby ensuring effective support for both staff and students.
