Role Summary

The Vehicle Handler is responsible for the efficient and accurate handling of vehicle stock. Key duties include the thorough checking and dispatch of vehicles, managing the high-volume movement of 60 or more vehicles daily across storage and loading areas, and performing detailed vehicle-specific inspections and stock checks. The role also involves contributing to the general maintenance and upkeep of the vehicle compounds.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Checking vehicles upon arrival and dispatch
  • Moving 60+ vehicles per day from within / between storage compounds and loading bays
  • Vehicle specific inspections
  • Stock Checks
  • General maintenance and upkeep of compounds

Requirements

  • Available for work up to 6 days a week and have availability to work evening shifts
  • Full driving license
  • Positive working attitude
  • Comfortable with driving cars and light commercial vehicles
  • Location of Work: Southampton
