HR Business Partner – Permanent

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days on-site) | Salary: £85,000 – £87,000 per annum | Type: Permanent | Posted: May 1, 2026 | Expires: May 29, 2026

The Role

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, influencing and delivering strategic HR initiatives across a complex, matrixed environment. This is a broad, generalist role with significant scope to lead on workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy and change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing expert HR guidance and coaching

  • Drive the talent agenda, including succession planning, capability development and senior hiring
  • Lead complex organisational change and transformation initiatives
  • Enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
  • Manage senior employee relations matters
  • Embed a high-performance, inclusive culture
  • Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and influence outcomes

About You

  • Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting Executive or Senior Leadership Teams
  • Strong background across core HR disciplines including talent, ER, reward and organisational change
  • Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge at senior level
  • Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • Skilled communicator with the ability to build relationships across a matrix organisation
  • Resilient, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
