This permanent, hybrid role is based in Hampshire, approximately 60 minutes from London. The role offers a base salary of £75,000-£85,000 plus £6,000 car allowance, 15% bonus, and 27% pension.

About the Role
Our client is looking to hire a strong Human Resources Business Partner who will work in close partnership with senior leaders to deliver pragmatic, commercially aligned people plans that support organisational performance, growth and long-term sustainability. The role will operate in a complex and evolving environment, supporting workforce change, organisational transformation, employee relations, and global expansion, while ensuring robust governance, compliance and effective engagement with employees and representative bodies. This is a true generalist role, and you should have experience in all aspects of the employee life cycle including recruitment, talent, organisational development, employee engagement and ER. You will work in collaboration with senior leaders, providing support, coaching and challenge.
Candidate Profile
You will be an expert in your field bringing a well-developed HR toolbox. You will be commercially astute with a people centred approach using data to support your decisions. You will be inquisitive and keen to understand themes that arise when supporting your business areas, and look to drive performance by empowering your stakeholders, and by the initiatives you deliver. You will be an enabler. You will be able to ensure that the organisational design is optimised to transform the way the business works, driving up performance by increasing efficiency and effectiveness and leading change where appropriate. You will understand the digital environment, the role of technology, and the impact it has on people and the people function. Ideally, you will have experience working in a unionised environment and will have partnered and coached senior stakeholders.
