HR Business Partner – 6 month FTC

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees across a range of HR matters, with a focus on employee relations
  • Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and processes
  • Coordinate and support performance management cycles, including mid-year and year-end reviews
  • Contribute to HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and engagement
  • Partner with internal teams to support recruitment activity
  • Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making
  • Support employee engagement activity, including surveys, feedback sessions, and follow-up actions
  • Assist with a range of ad hoc HR projects and initiatives

About You

  • Proven HR generalist experience, ideally within a corporate or financial services environment
  • Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing a range of cases
  • Able to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience supporting HR projects and initiatives
  • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
