ER Business Partner (3-6 Month FTC)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is currently partnering with a national business to secure an experienced and proactive Employee Relations Business Partner. Based in St Johns Wood, London – 5x days a week onsite. Salary £70,000 - £75,000 per annum. Contract role with potential to go permanent. Start ASAP.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering a High-Quality ER Advisory Service – provide professional advice, coach managers, manage ER cases (capability, disciplinary, grievance, absence, flexible working, ACAS, tribunals).
  • Collaborating with HR and Business Partners – work closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistent service.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting – produce ER dashboards and reports, identify trends, work with senior stakeholders.
  • Training and Development – design and deliver people management training, lunch and learn sessions, coaching.
  • Occupational Health and Wellbeing – lead relationships with OH providers, oversee wellbeing initiatives and strategy.
