Senior HR Business Partner

About the Role
I am partnering with a leading organisation to appoint a Senior HR Business Partner into a high-impact, strategic role. This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leadership, shaping and delivering people strategy to drive organisational performance, engagement and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior leadership, providing expert HR guidance and coaching
- Lead workforce planning to ensure the right capability is in place to deliver business objectives
- Drive the talent agenda, including succession planning, capability development and senior hiring
- Lead complex organisational change and transformation initiatives
- Enhance employee engagement and organisational effectiveness
- Manage senior employee relations matters
- Embed a high-performance, inclusive culture
- Use HR data and insights to inform decision-making and influence outcomes

- Strong analytical capability, using data to drive meaningful outcomes
- Experience with engagement metrics and translating insights into action
- Proven experience in restructuring and organisational design
About You
- Proven HR Business Partner experience supporting Executive or Senior Leadership Teams
- Strong background across core HR disciplines including talent, ER, reward and organisational change
- Commercially minded with the ability to influence and challenge at senior level
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Skilled communicator with the ability to build relationships across a matrix organisation
- Resilient, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities
