Job Summary

Main Duties

• Support and work alongside the Care team to deliver high standards of personal care
• Monitor the wellbeing of each resident, ensuring care plans reflect any new needs
• Support residents with medication requirements
• Play an active role in the care planning process, undertaking monthly evaluations
• Supervise staff to support their development
• Act as a key contact for residents, relatives, and healthcare professionals

About You

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes
• 2 years experience working in similar care environment
• Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing
• Positive attitude to supporting and nurturing residents and staff
• Responsive and flexible to cover a range of responsibilities
