Main duties of the job
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, plan and facilitate evidence-based group and individual programmes. Maintain records and adhere to professional standards. Requires effective communication and ability to research, plan, and evaluate projects.

Job responsibilities
- Providing comprehensive OT assessments.
- Under supervision, planning and reviewing OT treatment programmes.
- Identifying and actioning referrals in-house and to external agencies.
- Supporting planning, evaluation, and audit of clinical pathways at St Mary's Hospital.
- Ensuring contemporaneous records are maintained.
Qualifications
Essential: Diploma/Degree in Occupational Therapy, UK HCPC registration or applied for, evidence of ability to research and evaluate projects, effective communication skills.

Chadwick Lodge, Chadwick Drive, Eaglestone, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK6 5LS. Medium and low secure services offering evidence-based therapeutic interventions with a consultant-led multidisciplinary team.
