Job Summary
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner (ACP) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) to join our growing Primary Care team. This is an important role within a growing practice that is undergoing considerable change. In this role, you will work autonomously, using advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, patient-centric care. You'll support the delivery of safe, effective services while playing an important role in strengthening our nursing and HCA teams through leadership, mentorship, and clinical oversight.
Main Duties
- Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for patients in primary care.
- Act as an Independent Prescriber (Essential).
- Lead and support the nursing and HCA team.
- Contribute to improved clinical outcomes through audit, governance and service improvement.
- Support Long-Term Conditions and Women's Health as key focus areas.
- Use clinical systems effectively.
About You
Essential:
- Registered healthcare professional (NMC, HCPC, GPhC etc.) with a Masters-level qualification.
- Independent Prescriber.
- Significant autonomous practice experience in primary care or similar.
- Strong experience in Long-Term Conditions and Women's Health.
- Clinical leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
Desirable:
- Teaching or mentorship qualification.
- Evidence of service improvement and innovation.
