Ballywalter Health Centre is a well-established, successful practice serving much of the Ards Peninsula with an excellent reputation for patient care. Situated on the east coast of the province overlooking the Irish Sea our growing rural practice is a 20 minute drive from both Newtownards and Bangor. We are pleased to invite a Full or Part-Time Salaried GP to join our highly experienced and friendly team.
Our Team:
• Clinical team consisting of:
o 2 GP Partners
o 2 Salaried GPs
o 2 Practice Nurses
o 1 Senior Nursing Assistant
o 2 Practice Based Pharmacists
o 2 CBT Therapists
• Practice Team consisting of:
o 2 Practice Managers (Job Share)
o 1 Reception Manager
o 5 Receptionists
• Current List Size approx. 6500
• Established NIMDTA Training Practice
• Very High QOF achievers
• Providers of a wide range of Enhanced Services
• Excellent Triage Surgery
• EMIS Web Clinical System
• Very Low Staff Turnover
Your Role and Benefits:
• 3 or 4 days per week (negotiable); 2 sessions per day
• Triage and manage your own same day appointments
• 6 weeks' annual leave
