Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Regional CHC Operations Coordinator to support the Regional Head within the Commercial Consumer team. This role involves data collection, reporting, contract and purchase order management, budgeting, project coordination, and event planning. The position is a permanent hybrid role based in Uxbridge, UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection, Analysis and Insights: Collate and track KPIs, prepare market and financial data.
  • Reporting and Document Preparation: Organize documents for business reviews and governance meetings.
  • Contract, Supplier and Purchase Order Management: Support contract creation, supplier setup, and purchase order tracking.
  • Budgeting and Financial Tracking: Monitor spend and support budget control.
  • Project and Resource Support: Coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Business Meeting and Events Coordination: Arrange venues, travel, and logistics.
  • Correspondence and Administration: Prepare emails, minutes, and maintain systems.
  • Compliance and Operational Governance: Ensure adherence to policies and regulations.
  • Personal Development: Continuous skill improvement.

Requirements

  • University Graduate (preferred)
  • Experience leading projects and managing stakeholders
  • Experience with purchase order management (highly desirable)
  • Commercial or marketing support role in healthcare or FMCG
  • Data collection and analysis experience
  • Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities
  • Self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
  • Comfortable with processes and systems improvement
  • Balance of urgency and accuracy
