Requirements
- Business Planning: Contribute to annual business plans, develop regional business plan, implement sales strategies.

- Leadership and Direction: Communicate strategy, motivate team, lead and mentor sales team.
- Horizon Scanning & Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, share insights.
- Insights and Reporting: Prepare sales performance reports, forecasts, budget plans.
- Performance Management: Set objectives, manage team performance, take corrective action.
- Organizational Capability Building: Identify development needs, provide training and coaching.
