[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is a vibrant Christian institution with a long-standing international reputation in Seventh-day Adventist circles. Newbold Connect is a cinematic, practice-first learning platform built by the College. This role is central to the platform's growth ahead of its public launch on 27 June 2026.
The Role
We are seeking a Digital Growth Lead to join the Marketing & Digital Strategy Department. This is a hands-on role implementing campaigns, managing the Kajabi platform, and delivering member experiences. The Head of Marketing & Digital Strategy sets direction; the Digital Growth Lead executes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Kajabi platform: funnels, email automation, membership tiers, and member access
- Plan and execute class launch campaigns: landing pages, email sequences, social content, and reporting
- Run experiments on copy, offers, and CTAs; report results
- Own Newbold Connect social media channels: planning, creating, scheduling, and community interactions
- Coordinate content planning across email, social, and ads
- Manage live event operations: monthly Q&As, webinars, and annual in-person event
- Serve as first point of contact for members and day-to-day contact for instructors
- Own analytics dashboards and produce consolidated reports
Who We’re Looking For
We are looking for the right person, not the right CV. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-directed, organized, creative, marketing-minded, comfortable with data, collaborative, and proactive in using AI tools. Essential skills include strong written English, digital marketing fundamentals, basic graphic design ability, and comfort with productivity tools. Essential requirements: personal commitment to the Christian faith, right to work in the UK, excellent English. Desirable: familiarity with Seventh-day Adventist Church, experience with membership platforms, digital marketing, community management, and GDPR.
Salary and Terms
Part-time, Fixed Term – 20 hours per week. Initial one-year period anticipated with continuation subject to platform growth. Salary in accordance with denominational salary scale, pro-rated to FTE. Specific salary provided to shortlisted candidates. Start date as soon as possible by mutual agreement.
