Role Overview

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care while supporting the wider clinical team.
- Carry out clinical tasks including observations, wound care, specimen collection, catheter and stoma care.

- Supervise and support junior healthcare assistants, assist with induction.
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment, follow infection prevention procedures.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements
- Right to work in the UK.
- 6 months paid UK care experience within last 3 years as Senior Healthcare Assistant.
- Proven experience managing a shift in a care home setting (Required).
- SVQ Level 3 Qualification with proven experience in medication administration.
- Relevant registration (SSSC, SCW, NISSC) if in Scotland, Wales, or Northern Ireland.
- Knowledge of care equipment and moving & handling.
- Compassion, teamwork, flexibility, and professional approach.
