[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Senior Corporate Communications Manager to lead its in-house corporate PR function. This role is based in Brighton with hybrid working and is full-time, permanent. The role involves shaping [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s narrative, driving media impact, elevating leadership voices, and integrating earned and owned channels.

What you will do

  • Own the narrative: Lead [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s corporate PR activity end to end, from press office and reactive media management to proactive campaigns. Shape and evolve our corporate story, translating complex business priorities into strong external messaging. Spot opportunities to place [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in industry, tech, and circular economy conversations.
  • Drive media impact: Build and manage strong relationships with key media across priority markets. Deliver high-quality, high-impact coverage for major business moments. Work with specialist partners to land Tier 1 media opportunities.
  • Elevate leadership voices: Help raise the profile of senior leaders through smart, targeted storytelling. Create and activate thought leadership plans aligned to business priorities. Lead awards, speaking, and profiling opportunities.
  • Connect 'earned' and 'owned': Develop integrated storytelling across PR and owned channels (especially LinkedIn). Partner closely with Content, Digital PR and Internal Comms teams to maximise reach and consistency.
  • Measure what matters: Track performance through share of voice, message pull-through and visibility. Use insight to refine strategy, staying curious about new tools including AI.

What you will bring

  • Strong PR experience (agency or in-house)
  • Track record of landing meaningful, high-quality media coverage
  • Sharp storytelling and strategic messaging skills
  • Experience supporting leadership profiling and thought leadership
  • Commercial awareness
  • Confidence operating in ambiguity, balancing strategy and execution
  • A collaborative, relationship-led approach
  • A data-informed approach
  • Curiosity about new tools including AI and automation
  • Bonus: experience with purpose-led brands, marketplaces or circular economy businesses
