[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Country Director, UK to lead its mission in men's health. This is a senior leadership role based in London with hybrid working. Annual salary: £95,000 - £110,000.

Since beginning over drinks at a bar in 2003 in Melbourne, we’ve expanded internationally, raised over $1 billion for men’s health and funded more than 1,320 men’s health related projects globally.

Your Mo-Mission

This is one of the most significant leadership roles at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. As Country Director UK, you'll carry full accountability for the UK market, owning the P&L, driving the Country Plan, and serving as the connective force across income, marketing, operations and impact. You'll chair the UK Leadership Team, aligning a cross-functional group around shared priorities. Reporting to the Global Director of Markets, you'll work closely with Country Directors across APAC, Canada, Ireland and the US. You'll be [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s face and voice in the UK, across media, government, partners and the public.

  • Senior leadership experience in a charity or not-for-profit
  • Proven track record driving performance across complex, cross-functional teams in a matrixed organisation
  • Strong fundraising credentials including mass-participation campaigns and relationship management
  • Financially literate with P&L responsibility experience
  • Comfortable as spokesperson and brand ambassador
  • Experience with policy, advocacy or government relations
  • Strong people leader with record of building high-performing teams
  • Data-driven approach using analytics and insights
  • Collaborative with ability to build global working relationships
