FULL DESCRIPTION
Desk Delivery Manager
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Desk Delivery Manager to support the Project Manager in managing back-office resources for the OSA contract with Openreach. Based in Liverpool. Full-time, salary £30,000 - £32,000.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the project manager through management of the back office and field force
- Assist with training, coordination of tasks to ensure sufficient work in line with targets
- Ensure workforce is fully accredited in Openreach, council and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] requirements
- Chair and attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Verify all direct labour timesheets and subcontractor invoices
- Ensure all DFEs are captured and applied for
- Ensure customer targets are met and maintain strong fluidity of work
- Compile accurate reports on all work aspects
- Work safely within [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] values and policies
- Adapt processes and improve efficiencies
- Keep systems updated (Depot net/CRM)
- Ensure costs attributed against project are accurate
- Maintain strong WIP position
- Build strong relationships with project team and customer
- Adhere to all company policies and develop team
- Give constant feedback to Project Manager
- Deliver project in most cost-effective way
Person Specification
- Strong stakeholder management skills and history of managing change
- Excellent communication skills, capable of reporting up to director level
- Proven track record of hitting KPIs in fast-paced environment
- Competency in managing change effectively
- Strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement
- Ability to prioritise work, work under pressure, meet deadlines
- Adaptable and flexible approach
- Legal right to work in the UK
Education and Qualifications
- Strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities
- Enjoy a challenge, excellent interpersonal skills
- High standard of numeracy
- Educated to GCSE level B+ in Mathematics & English (or equivalent)
- Computer literate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong orientation towards quality, safety, continuous improvement

Terms and Conditions
