Registered Nurse – Sheffield
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting a Registered Nurse to join the team at Heeley Bank Nursing Home in Sheffield. This is a part-time, bank position offering either one day shift or one night shift per week (12–24 hours). The role includes care planning, medication administration, monitoring resident wellbeing, leadership and supervision, and multidisciplinary working. Benefits include reimbursement of NMC PIN, paid breaks for night shifts, pension scheme, referral bonus, and on-site parking. No visa sponsorship is available.
Position Details
- Hours: 12 or 24 hours per week
- Schedule: Rota basis including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
- Sponsorship: We are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role
Responsibilities
- Care planning: Formulating, reviewing and updating person-centred care plans in line with NMC guidelines
- Medication administration: Administer prescribed medications and maintain accurate documentation
- Monitoring resident wellbeing: Identify and report ill health, arrange GP visits
- Leadership and supervision: Supervise care team as Nurse in Charge, ensure clear handovers
- Multidisciplinary working: Liaise with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care
