Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the global incentive strategy and [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] loyalty program for [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s panel.
  • Lead the Incentive Team, ensuring successful execution of strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
  • Manage the global panel incentive budget, driving savings through economies of scale while maintaining panelist satisfaction.
  • Develop initiatives to onboard, retain and increase the lifetime value of panelists through recognition, rewards, gamification and automation.
  • Drive the Brand Loyalty strategy in collaboration with global panel experts to improve brand image, reputation and user experience.
  • Monitor incentive KPIs, panel yield, redemption performance and loyalty metrics through a comprehensive reporting suite.
  • Conduct ongoing A/B testing to optimize incentive initiatives and improve effectiveness.
  • Identify innovation and optimization opportunities within panel management to support [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s market leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including Supply, Finance, Legal, Sales, Product, R&D, Digital Operations and Data Quality teams.
  • Partner with R&D and Product teams to improve incentive management technology, automation, system integrations and user experience.
  • Define and document business rules, briefs, processes, procedures, data requirements and technical requirements related to incentive management.
  • Analyze incentive performance at macro and micro level to identify improvement areas and lead solution implementation.
  • Support the highest quality of panelists in collaboration with the Quality Team.
  • Own third-party/client panel building feasibility, pricing and incentive recommendations.
  • Benchmark loyalty programs across industries and regions to bring fresh ideas and innovation to [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s offering.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of experience in a senior Brand Loyalty, Incentive Management, CRM, Rewards or Customer Engagement role.
  • Strong expertise in loyalty programs, incentive strategies and user retention initiatives.
  • Experience creating and executing innovative, data-driven strategies at regional or global level.
  • Experienced in marketing, brand loyalty, gamification, technology, data driven and ideally with a good grasp of the market research industry.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define, track and improve KPIs.
  • Experience managing budgets and optimizing costs while maintaining service quality.
  • Previous people management experience, ideally 3+ years managing a team of at least 2 people.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously, make decisions and deliver objectives with limited supervision.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with reporting tools such as Power BI, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to document processes, business rules and technical requirements clearly.
  • Knowledge of the market research industry is a strong advantage.
  • Fluent English.
