Lead Product Builder - Connectivity

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Lead Product Builder to drive end-to-end ownership of product initiatives. This role blends technical depth, product intuition, and organizational leadership to create enduring impact. You'll lead AI-native product development, mentor engineers, and shape strategic direction. Requires 7+ years of experience and expertise in modern AI tools.

About the Role

At [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], we’re redefining how hospitality works, and that includes how software gets built. In our Back of House division, we’ve introduced a new kind of role alongside our existing engineering paths: the Lead Product Builder. Product Builders are high-agency engineers who shape what gets built, not just how. As a Lead Product Builder, you will operate at the forefront of this transformation. You’ll be responsible for identifying, driving and delivering high-leverage product opportunities that span teams and domains.

Your Mission

  • Take end-to-end ownership of product initiatives - from problem definition to prototype to production.
  • Build rapidly, ship often and iterate based on real feedback.
  • Lead the design and implementation of systems that power product-led growth, intelligent onboarding, multi-property operational tooling, and AI-powered Smart Tips.
  • Work closely with Product Managers and Designers.
  • Operate as a self-contained unit: making decisions, running experiments and owning delivery.
  • Set a high bar for technical and product quality.
  • Mentor Engineers who wish to become Product Builders.
  • Champion AI-native development across the team.
  • Make pragmatic use of cloud-native platforms and managed services.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience delivering customer-facing software with measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience as a senior engineer in a product-driven company.
  • Track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
  • Strong product instincts.
  • Comfortable defining scope and navigating ambiguity.
  • Expert in modern AI development tools (e.g., Claude, Cursor, Lovable).
  • Strong communicator with strategic influence.

What's in it for you?

Global benefits include company share program, best-in-class parental leave, unlimited paid holiday, work-from-anywhere flexibility, relocation options, monthly EDGE time, flexible hybrid working, home office setup budget, and monthly allowances. Local benefits vary by location.
