Customer Success Manager - German (m/f/d)

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Customer Success Manager with German language fluency to support SMB and Mid-Market customers. This role combines strategic account management with scalable customer engagement to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will support customers as they transition from onboarding to active, successful, and long-term users. You will drive product adoption, retention, customer ROI, and account growth across your territory portfolio.

  • Guide customers through adoption, value realization, and renewal.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement churn prevention strategies.
  • Expand accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Develop and manage Success Plans and Success Snapshots.
  • Leverage data-driven insights for growth opportunities.
  • Engage customers through one-to-one, one-to-many, and automated interactions.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Support, Product, and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
  • Experience in SaaS and/or hospitality industry preferred.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, Slack, Jira, and Gong is advantageous.
