Customer Success Manager - German (m/f/d)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Customer Success Manager with German language fluency to support SMB and Mid-Market customers. This role combines strategic account management with scalable customer engagement to drive product adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
About the Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], you will support customers as they transition from onboarding to active, successful, and long-term users. You will drive product adoption, retention, customer ROI, and account growth across your territory portfolio.
- Guide customers through adoption, value realization, and renewal.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with stakeholders.
- Drive customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
- Proactively identify risks and implement churn prevention strategies.
- Expand accounts through upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Develop and manage Success Plans and Success Snapshots.
- Leverage data-driven insights for growth opportunities.
- Engage customers through one-to-one, one-to-many, and automated interactions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, Support, Product, and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing role.
- Experience in SaaS and/or hospitality industry preferred.
- Fluency in English and German.
- Strong customer-centric mindset and relationship-building abilities.
- Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, Slack, Jira, and Gong is advantageous.
