Catering Agent
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Catering Agent to join the team on a full-time permanent basis. The position is based in London (South Kensington). Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 6:45 am to 2:45 pm. Monthly gross salary: £2,349.99 (incl. allowances). Deadline for applications: 30 June 2024.
Main Duties
- Reception and control of supplier’s delivery
- Serves meals in compliance with safety standards and food hygiene regulations
- Delivers collations enquiries inside the school’s departments (Coffee breaks, Cocktails…)
- Receiving and checking the supplier’s deliveries
- Unpacking and storage of goods
- Performs preliminary preparations
- Prepares, presents and serves the meals
- Replaces the staff missing at different position throughout the catering department (Service, Kitchen Porter…)
- Complies with H.A.C.C.P. food hygiene regulations and logs in relevant information into the traceability system
- Maintains and cleans the catering premises and equipment in compliance with hygiene and security rules
- Monitor the quality of food production
- Support pupils of their choices (welcome, information…)
Requirements
- Training and/or catering experience
- Knows HACCP method and adheres strictly to food safety regulations.
- Dynamic, ability to take initiative and work as part of a team
- Rigor and ability to work independently
- Ability to perform task on time and at the time prescribed
- Fluent in English, at least spoken English
Working Hours & Salary
40 hours per week (1600 hours per year) Monday to Friday, from 6:45 am to 14:45 pm. Monthly gross salary: £2,349.99 (incl. all allowances).
