Assistant(e) de Direction
The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting an Assistant(e) de Direction to support the Proviseure. This is a full-time, permanent position based in South Kensington, London.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Proviseure's schedule, appointments, and professional travel
- Prepare administrative correspondence, reports, presentations, and minutes
- Welcome and direct visitors (internal and external)
- Handle telephone calls and filter inquiries
- Process and draft mail, emails, and invitations
- Support school events and activities
- Assist with internal and external communication
- Coordinate information for the secretariat
- Collaborate with AEFE on surveys
- Organise and follow up elections and committee meetings
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent command of English and French (oral and written) - mandatory
- Strong computer skills (office software)
- Rigour, organisation, autonomy, and availability
- Ability to work in a team
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Ability to work under pressure, anticipation, and initiative
Salary & Benefits
- £2,944.99 gross per month (including bonuses)
- Employer contribution to private health insurance
- 15% employer contribution to a supplementary pension fund
- 60 days of annual leave
