Job Description

The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Communications Officer to develop and implement the school's communication strategy. The role involves:

  • Supporting the school's objectives by proposing a realistic and adapted communication strategy
  • Developing and updating the annual planning of service missions
  • Monitoring and coordinating events within the school
  • Promoting the school's reputation by developing its network (partnerships, sponsorships, events, alumni)
  • Managing the website (French and English) and social media presence (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook)
  • Creating written communication materials (newsletter, information notes, invitations, greeting cards, yearbook)
  • Organizing daily and regular information for all users (emails, displays)
  • Participating in staff welcome and managing communication tools (photo directories, directories, welcome guide, mailing lists)
  • Taking photos and managing the image bank and audio-visual archives
  • Ensuring brand consistency

Required Profile

  • Higher education in the field
  • Ability to formulate a strategic vision and implement it
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Proficiency in IT and communication software (Photoshop, CMS, social media)
  • Perfect command of French, both written and oral
  • Excellent command of English, both written and oral
