School Admin Officer

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a School Admin Officer to support the Adult, Community, and ESOL Team. The role offers part-time or full-time options with hybrid working opportunities. Salary: £23,644 - £24,325 per annum (pro rata).
About the Role
The Adult, Community, and ESOL Team delivers exciting courses to diverse learners. To support the department, we are recruiting for either x2 part-time/job share or full-time School Admin Officer. The salary advertised is the full-time equivalent; part-time will be pro-rata.
One post will be based at Enfield Campus (Chapeltown, Harehills, Burmantoft), the other at Deacon House (Seacroft). Both campuses are easily accessible by public transport.
We are looking for dynamic professionals able to engage with learners.
What You Will Do
- Support curriculum administration for an identified area including systems and processes.
- Support student enrolments and work with central MIS/Marketing teams during enrolment periods.
- Ensure appropriate systems are in place to manage electronic files.
- Work collaboratively with other schools for coordinated systems and processes including cover and support.
- Support curriculum planning including timetabling and course profiling.
About You
- Relevant qualification at Level 3 or above.
- Relevant customer service qualification or training.
- Literacy and numeracy qualification at Level 2 or above.
- Experience of working in a customer-focused role/environment.
- Experience of using data to drive developments.
- Experience of keeping student records up to date, including timetabling and registers.
- Experience of enrolment process.
