HR Systems Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group are looking for an HR Systems Manager who will play a key role in keeping our HR systems effective, user-friendly, and aligned with the needs of colleagues and leaders across all campuses. This role is based at Park Lane Campus, Leeds, with hybrid working available.

What You Will Do

  • Take overall ownership of HR systems, including system administration, ongoing management, testing, upgrades and user support.
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of the HR systems strategy, ensuring effective long-term planning and alignment with organisational goals.
  • Identify and maximise opportunities to enhance HR system functionality and drive continuous improvement across the HR function.
  • Lead and deliver HR systems projects, ensuring successful implementation and stakeholder engagement.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to scope, design, build, test, and deploy system enhancements, delivering an exceptional HR systems service.

About You

  • Proven experience managing and supporting HR systems, including system administration, upgrades, and integrations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead system implementations and enhancements from design through to delivery.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to translate business and HR requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Analytical and problem-solving capability, with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to data quality and system integrity.
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in HR, IT, systems management, or a related discipline.
