Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing Associate

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own execution of recruitment marketing campaigns for high-volume hiring (e.g., Hop, Editions, and warehouse roles).
  • Build and scale recruiter enablement resources, creating toolkits and messaging.
  • Execute and optimise paid marketing campaigns, tracking performance.
  • Localise employer brand messaging across United States, Mexico, Europe, and UAE.
  • Partner with recruiters to improve candidate experience.

What You’ll Need to Thrive

Essential:

  • Significant experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding.
  • Proven track record in high-volume or operations hiring.
  • Strong understanding of paid media and digital tools.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to use insights.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working within a global, matrixed organisation.
  • Familiarity with recruitment challenges in US, EMEA, or LATAM.
