Complex Care Assistant – Oswestry

Care Assistant | £15.50 per hour + mileage | Location: Oswestry

Available Contracts: 26 hours (Days): 13:00–22:00 (8–9 hour shifts) or 35 hours (Nights): 22:00–08:00 (10 hour shifts)

About the Role

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to support a client with complex needs in their own home in Oswestry.

You will be supporting an adult with learning disabilities, autism, and epilepsy, delivering high-quality, person-centred care tailored to their individual needs.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is patient, empathetic, and passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life.

Minimum requirement: 6 months’ care experience

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months’ care experience
  • Experience working in the community (desirable)
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)
  • Good understanding of care plans and their implementation

  • Basic IT skills for care documentation
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A compassionate, caring, and professional approach
