About The Role

We are looking for a Commercial Manager to help us drive new business sales and achieve our ambitious growth plans across our Co-Branded and Own-Branded products within the competitive aggregator market. This role will be reporting into our Head of Acquisition in the Commercial function.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of product and pricing strategy for own-branded and co-branded products on aggregator partners.
  • Continuously monitor and refine pricing models based on data analytics, customer insights and internal business performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with business areas to assess the impact of pricing changes on portfolio performance and customer behaviour.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics including conversion rates and sales.
  • Analyse data and seek new opportunities for the credit card to grow within the aggregator channel.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards for all aggregator activity.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and stay up-to-date with industry changes.
  • Work cross-functionally with product, decision systems, credit risk, and other teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience developing pricing strategies.
  • Experienced with SQL and data driven analysis.
  • A real team player, working with different business areas and external partners.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
  • Keen to learn and develop through ownership of projects.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects.
