Partnerships Senior Account Manager - Fixed Term Contract
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Partnerships Senior Account Manager to manage and activate commercial partnerships across [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] and the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. This role is based in Gaydon, Warwick, UK with hybrid working.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of partner activations across marketing, PR, communications, experiential and hospitality activity
- Act as a trusted partner contact, running regular planning meetings, workshops and senior reviews
- Deliver partner events and experiences at race and non-race locations, working closely with events and communications teams
- Manage partner rights, approvals, budgets and reporting to ensure contractual commitments and measurable impact
- Support partner campaigns with asset management including vehicles, team appearances and content creation
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Experience managing sponsorships or partnerships within sport or motorsport
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience delivering campaigns across marketing, communications, events or hospitality
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets, reporting and results
- Flexibility to travel internationally and work occasional weekends as part of a global motorsport calendar
