[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a Partnerships Senior Account Manager - 12 Months FTC based in Gaydon. This role is part of the Motorsport Partnerships and Sponsorships team, focusing on [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] in Formula E. You will manage partnership activations, build relationships with key sponsors, and deliver campaigns globally. The role offers hybrid working, a competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits. What to Expect
- Manage the planning, delivery and evaluation of partnership activations across marketing, communications, PR, events and hospitality for our title partner.
- Lead as the main point of contact for key partners, setting up and hosting meetings, workshops and senior reviews with confidence and clarity.
- Deliver partner campaigns at race and non-race events, including hospitality, tours, vehicle showcases and experiences.
- Manage partner rights, approvals, budgets and reporting to ensure commitments are met and impact is measured.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams across Motorsport, PR, Events and Communications to bring ideas to life.
What You'll Need
- Experience in sponsorship or partnership management within sport or motorsport working with large organisations.
- Strong stakeholder and project management skills, including working with large global organisations.
- Experience delivering marketing, communications, events or hospitality programmes.
- Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and evaluating campaign performance.
- Flexibility to travel internationally and work occasional weekends as part of a global championship calendar.
