Aftersales Assistant
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is seeking an Aftersales Assistant to join their aftersales team at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd Kelso. This is a full-time, office-based, permanent position with a competitive salary and overtime opportunities. The role involves being the first point of contact for parts and service customers, handling queries, relaying information between departments, and managing paperwork.
What You'll Be Doing
- Being the first point of contact for our parts & service customers, in person and over the phone — always being professional, helpful, and efficient.
- Handling and resolving customer queries.
- Relaying information between the workshop, parts department, service office and our customers.
- Handling all relevant service and parts paperwork and administration accurately and promptly.
- Operating multiple supplier and manufacturer systems.
- Working closely with the team to keep things running smoothly — especially during peak times.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in a similar role or strong administration/customer service experience.
- Is a confident communicator with great organisational skills.
- Can handle pressure and manage deadlines.
- Is IT literate and comfortable using internal systems.
- Operates as a team player.

Location & Hours
Based at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd Kelso (Hunters Hall, Kelso, Roxburghshire, TD5 8BQ). Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday), plus Saturday mornings on a rota basis.
