Senior App Designer - UI/UX

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Design user-centered mobile and/or web applications from concept to final handover
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
• Translate product requirements and user needs into intuitive designs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately
• Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components
• Conduct user research and usability testing where required
• Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and usability insights
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as an App Designer, UI Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end app design work
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability
• Experience designing for iOS, Android, and/or web platforms
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with design systems and component libraries
• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
• Experience working in Agile or product-led environments
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG)
