Our Client is one of the UK’s leading Christian television networks, broadcasting 24/7 for over 19 years across Sky, digital platforms, and streaming services. As the largest Afro-Caribbean Christian TV station in Europe, they work with over 900 ministries across the UK, Africa, and the United States.
Part of a Media company, they combine media, production, and strategic expertise to help ministries expand their reach and impact globally. Due to growth, they are seeking a like-minded individual to join their team as their new Ministry Sales Executive.
Job Duties
This is a growth role with a clear path into sales.
You’ll work directly with the Ministry Director, supporting and developing relationships with churches and ministries, while building the skills and pipeline needed to progress into a TV Airtime Sales Manager role.
If you’re commercially minded, confident with people, and motivated by both purpose and performance—this role gives you a genuine platform to grow.
Duties (include but are not limited to):
- Proactively reach out to churches and ministries to introduce services
- Generate and qualify new leads within the Christian community
- Support airtime sales conversations and bookings
- Build and nurture long-term ministry relationships
- Attend meetings in-studio and at church locations
- Plan and execute email campaigns to ministry databases
- Build and maintain targeted contact lists
- Support outreach strategies to grow the network
- Coordinate airtime bookings with Scheduling and Digital teams
- Administer contracts and maintain accurate documentation
- Liaise with accounts on invoicing and payments
- Track client activity and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for prospective ministries
- Support pitch development and sales materials
- Act as a key contact for internal and external queries
- Maintain organised systems and records
- Support day-to-day operations within a busy media environment
- Using Pipedrive CRM + Sage accounting

Applicant Specification
- Has 1–2+ years in sales, customer service, or client-facing roles
- Confident speaking with pastors, church leaders, and organisations
- Proactive and comfortable picking up the phone and reaching out
- Has a genuine interest in faith, ministry, or Christian media
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Motivated by results and earning potential
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail (contracts, data, payments)
- Confident, professional and personable approach
- Full and clean driving licence, with access to own transport
