Manager, Sales Commissions

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Manager, Sales Commissions to own the end-to-end commissions process and strategy within the Revenue Operations team. This role involves leading a team of analysts, ensuring accurate monthly payouts, driving process improvements, and partnering with senior leadership across GTM, RevOps, P&C, and Finance. The role is remote-friendly and offers a competitive compensation package.

What you’ll be doing:

As the Manager, Commissions, you will lead the execution and evolution of our sales compensation engine. You’ll work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, ensure alignment with company OKRs, and provide strategic guidance on compensation programs that drive performance and retention.

  • Monthly Payouts and Reporting: Calculate payouts accurately and submit to Payroll on time, ensuring all processes and controls are respected. Run Monthly Insights Meetings for RevOps and Managing Directors.
  • Business Reviews and Incentive Programs: Contribute to the RevOps Monthly Business Review (MBR) deck and discussions. Own sales incentive programs such as Elite performance initiatives, PIPs, spiffs, and President's Club.
  • Analysis and Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize efficiency and growth across GTM functions. Drive improvements in commissions administration and incentive programs while ensuring compliance. Focus on internal process optimization and tool automation.
  • Team Leadership and Training: Lead and develop a team of analysts, providing training and guidance to ensure accurate execution of commissions processes and high-quality analysis.
  • Design sales incentive plans across global channels. Contribute as part of the wider team to achieve organizational objectives.

What you need to bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Finance, or Compensation in a fast-paced GTM environment.
  • 2+ years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience owning compensation cycles and incentive program governance at scale.
  • Proven track record of influencing cross-functional stakeholders through data, analysis, and strategic insight.
  • Strong background in planning, reporting, and KPI tracking with a deep understanding of GTM performance levers.
  • Proficient in Excel, reporting tools, and data visualization platforms; experience with SPIFF & Looker is a plus.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.

Compensation: Total compensation for this position is reasonably expected to be in the range of $90,000 TO $110,000 CAD.
