FULL DESCRIPTION

Sales Progressor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], part of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal], is seeking a part-time Sales Progressor in Solihull. This is a permanent position located in Solihull. You will work Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 08:45 to 17:30 with a 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Salary: £15,000 to £18,000 per year. Closing date: 18/06/2026.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Liaise between buyers, sellers, solicitors, and estate agents.
  • Ensure smooth progress of property transactions from offer acceptance to completion.
  • Monitor key milestones and resolve any obstacles or delays.
  • Coordinate appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in real estate sales progressor role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and knowledge of UK property regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction.
