[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting Direct Entry Captains based out of Manchester to operate in the Isle of Man on the ATR. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of aircraft operation during flights
- Make critical decisions during normal and non-normal operations
- Lead and support the flight crew, setting a professional standard onboard
- Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed and adapted safely as needed
- Set an example in communication, professionalism and safety culture
Skills and Knowledge
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Full ATPL (UK CAA) with a current Class 1 Medical
- Currently or recently operated in command on a multi-crew aircraft (MTOW >10t or 19+ pax)
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety practices, and flight operations
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and make timely and sound decisions
- Proven teamwork and leadership skills
- Right to live and work in the UK
Desirable: Valid ATR 42/72 Type Rating
