Job Description
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is one of the largest and fastest-growing independent school groups in the UK, with 18 schools and nurseries across Greater London and a boarding school in Suffolk.
We are embarking on an exciting project to supercharge our admissions and marketing efforts and this newly created role will be central to this. Managing enquiries, from initial enquiry to registration for the schools and nurseries across the group, the Admissions Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring we achieve the best possible conversion from enquirers to joiners.
Reporting into the Head of Marketing and Admissions, and working closely with the central marketing team, this role will include a range of key activities.
The role will involve:
- The management and tracking of the admissions process for the group, from enquiry to place acceptance
- Grasping each enquirer’s needs and effectively selling the benefits of the relevant school or nursery to meet their needs
- Timely and effective handling of enquiries and accurate recording of data in a central CRM system
- Building effective relationships and processes with the relevant school and nursery staff to enable swift bookings of visits/tours
- Supporting marketing in the creation of email templates to drive admissions conversion
- Taking a proactive approach to encourage prospective parents along the admissions process and gain valuable insight from any families that withdraw
- Implementing KPI reporting on a weekly and monthly basis to review performance and adjust activities where necessary
- Where necessary, provide training to School Admins to improve admissions conversion
Our ideal candidate will:
- Have experience of admissions management in the education sector
- Have exemplary customer service skills with a sales-focused approach
- Be energised by working towards targets
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be IT literate and competent in the use of CRM databases and Excel
- Be an excellent communicator
- Collaborative team player with experience working in a dynamic multi-service organisation
- Experience or an understanding of email marketing automation (an advantage but not essential)
