Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is a growing group of independent preparatory schools and nurseries in South-East England. We are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Attraction Manager to set up our first internal resourcing function. You will engage with universities, colleges, apprenticeship organisations and experienced professionals to develop talent pools and pipelines, advertising roles via social media and job boards to attract candidates for Head teachers, teachers, nursery teachers, and head office teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing the internal resourcing function for ILG
  • Managing the recruitment life cycle from writing job descriptions to onboarding (including references, DBS, and compliance documents)
  • Developing sourcing techniques on LinkedIn, networking with local groups and social media platforms
  • Building a talent pipeline and utilising technology to keep in contact with talent communities
  • Developing a workforce plan for the next six months to three years
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners

About you:

  • Graduate with at least three years' experience in managing the recruitment lifecycle
  • At least one year working in a school or nursery environment
  • Extensive knowledge of online sourcing and networking methods, strategies and candidate management tools
  • Experience building talent pools and pipelines
  • Resilient, highly organised with excellent attention to detail, relationship management and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver results with little supervision and manage multiple searches/projects
