Job Description
We are looking to appoint a forward thinking, commercial and passionate HR director to join the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group. With our key values of Integrity, Family, Passion, Drive, Innovate we are looking for an HR Director who can take us forward as we continue to grow and develop our business.
You will be involved in the leadership of the HR lifecycle, including recruitment, employee relations engagement and L&D strategies across our Group. You will be working closely with our talented Senior Leadership Team, Headteachers and Nursery Managers as we grow our business through organic growth, TUPE and new acquisitions. You will be the HR Business Partner to the CEO and the Senior Leadership team as well as champion the voice of our people ensuring that the people perspective is brought to our strategic discussions.
You will be an experienced HR Director or Head of HR with excellent HR business experience and familiar with navigating businesses through change. Some evidence of implementing policy and strategic development is essential.
