Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Responsible for various specialised Indian Ayurvedic massages & treatments.
- Consulting with clients to gauge massage needs and preferences. Ensuring consultation forms are filled out fully and discussed with the client.
- Guiding clients through treatment collection, helping them select most appropriate massage.
- Performing Ayurvedic therapies, applying correct level of pressure to specific areas of the body to relieve pain/discomfort, restore function/mobility and correct irregularities in structure.
- Recommending appropriate aftercare to sustain outcomes of treatment, discuss future treatment opportunities.
- Maintaining treatment room to highest standards. Keeping the room full stocked, cleaned, and closed down correctly at the end of your shift.
- Representing the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand and promoting Hospitality as a profession in all interactions
- Be fully conversant with all product protocols and any contra indications asking for advice when necessary.
- Interact with guests and answer all spa & hotel related questions to the best of your ability to enhance customer satisfaction.
About you:
You will need to be qualified in specialised Ayurvedic Treatments, along with having a keen eye for detail and the passion towards creating an unforgettable experience for our guests.
