The role:

Champion fairness. Prevent homelessness. Make housing work better for everyone.

  • Provide expert advice, mediation, and early intervention to tenants and landlords.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in homeless and housing legislation.
  • Report to the Housing Solutions Assessment and Prevention Team Leader and work with partners including housing enforcement, police, legal advisors, and voluntary sector organisations.
