Finance Project Manager

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is hiring a Finance Project Manager to support the Finance and Resources Directorate. This is a permanent full-time role based at Cunard Building, Liverpool with agile working. Salary: £44,711 - £49,764 per year.

The Role

Are you passionate about driving change and improving performance across a dynamic organisation? [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to support the Finance and Resources Directorate in delivering its ambitious goals. This is a pivotal role where you'll manage a number of Finance Improvement projects from inception through to closure on strategic initiatives that enhance service delivery and value for money.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shape and define projects and planning at the level appropriate to the complexity of the project.
  • Successfully delivery several diverse projects
  • Manage resources and coordinating procurement of good and services related to the projects you lead on
  • Manage risks and issues, ensuring their impact on success is understood, communicated and managed
  • Stakeholder management, establishing and maintaining strong working relationships internally and externally to drive successful outcomes
  • Pro-actively communicate with clarity, gaining buy-in and creating positive impacts
